Websters is looking for an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the organisation, including setting and achieving goals, developing strategies, managing staff, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Retail experience an advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyse financial data to make informed decisions about the business.
• Lead team meetings and provide guidance to staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
