Become a Cloud Tech Recruitment Specialist
You'll be joining us as a specialist in the fast-evolving Cloud Tech sector. Don’t worry if you're not a tech guru yet – we’ll equip you with all the knowledge you need to become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
Your Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Based at our global HQ in Newcastle, you'll receive comprehensive training to master the full recruitment process. From making outbound business development calls to sealing deals with top clients, your days will be filled with excitement and challenges. You’ll also be sourcing top talent to meet your clients’ needs, making a real impact on their businesses.
Who We’re Looking For:

• Sales-Driven: Thrives in a target-based environment.
• Experienced in Sales: Background in direct sales or outbound contact centers is a plus.
• Cold Call Confident: Comfortable making outbound calls to potential clients and candidates.
• Determined to Succeed: Resilience is key, as with any sales role, you’ll have highs and lows.
• Client and Candidate Focused: Committed to providing top-notch service.
• Highly Motivated: Ready to take charge and build your own client and candidate base.
• Passionate and Confident: These skills are essential in order to build relationships.
