Job Title: Asset Surveyor and Energy Efficiency Coordinator (Permanent)
Hours: 37 hours per week (to be worked flexibly in line with business needs)
Salary: £27,000 per annum (Plus Regular User Mileage Allowance)

Location: Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich. Working across various locations within Cheshire.
Flexibility to work from a variety of places including our office at Gadbrook Park, Northwich and home (dependent on the job role and the needs of our customer, our organisation and our teams)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, diligent, friendly, and proactive Asset Surveyor and Energy Efficiency Coordinator who is committed to advancing this essential area of the Trust.
In this role, you will be working alongside a fantastic team of professionals responsible for delivering Asset Management Functions and Energy Efficiency Requirements the Trust has in line with legislation, best practice, and internal policy and procedures.
What Will You Do?
Reporting to the Assets and Environmental Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor to join a highly effective team, helping deliver pivotal Asset Management functions and energy efficiency schemes that are of key importance to the Trust.
The primary focus will be assisting with the Trust's Stock Condition Survey Programme, coordinating energy efficiency improvements and related planned programmes of works, and assisting with funding bids for energy efficiency initiatives. These tasks will require both physical on-site inspection capabilities and administrative skills using appropriate IT solutions.
Candidates will need to work closely with a variety of teams across the Trust. They must support the Assets and Environmental Manager in continually meeting targets and deadlines.

Minimum Requirements For This Role*
· Currently be working towards or have already obtained a degree in Building Surveying or a related field within the last five years.
· Full UK Driving License.
· A willingness to pursue additional qualification such as Domestic Energy Assessor.
Due to the nature of the role, a full current driving license and access to a car is essential. The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.

Additionally, due to the flexible working arrangements with this role, you will need access to a room where you can work from and a suitable internet connection.
