We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Operations and Responsible Individual for our Ofsted-registered children's residential homes. What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Heart: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our existing and new homes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
• Inspire and Support: Manage and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and care. Your leadership will be key in motivating staff and maintaining high standards.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure all homes meet Ofsted regulations and internal policies. You’ll be the go-to for all compliance matters, keeping our homes in top shape!
• Strategic Growth: Work closely with management to develop and implement exciting growth plans for our homes, expanding our reach and impact.
• Engage with the Community: Build strong relationships with local authorities, and stakeholders to promote our mission and services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience Matters: Proven experience in operations management within children’s services or a similar environment.
• Driven Leader: Exceptional leadership skills, with a knack for motivating and inspiring teams.
• Problem Solver: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Communication Wizard: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse range of people.
• On the Road: A valid UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll be visiting our homes regularly.
