Hoople Group are seeking an experienced senior manager to join our IT Services leadership team. Your role will be responsible for most of our customer-facing services. You will lead the functions that our service users engage with, such as the service desk and managed applications supporting a range of health, local government and other public sector organisations.
Whilst others look after the technology and back-office arrangements, you will oversee the teams who interact the most with our clients and users. You will help to design and deliver services that meet the functional requirements agreed with our customers and partners.
At a senior level you will contribute to our business strategy and subsequent delivery plans, have the experience and gravitas to lead meetings and represent the organisation to clients and prospective customers. At a delivery level, you will manage several experienced and dedicated Team Leaders, helping them to develop themselves and their services. Our services are delivered to agreed performance indicators - which you will help to specify - ensuring that service demand trends are captured, then utilised help us to highlight any bottlenecks and to celebrate success.
