About the Role: As a Revenues and Benefits Officer, you will join a dedicated team and play a vital role in ensuring the accurate assessment, administration and collection of council tax and business rates. Your work will directly impact the lives of residents and local businesses, helping them access the support they need whilst also ensuring unpaid debt is collected promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in a similar role or within a financial setting is desirable.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations is an advantage but training will be provided for the right candidates.
