We're seeking a highly experienced SHEQ Manager to join the team and play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of the workforce, environment and the quality of their service connections

- Telecoms & Fibre Expertise: Ideally you will leverage your in-depth understanding of the telecommunications and fibre optics industry to implement effective SHEQ practices specific to their operations.
- Safety First: Your leadership will be vital in fostering a positive SHEQ culture that prioritises incident-free operations for their service connections workforce.
- Compliance & Excellence: We require candidate who stays up-to-date on relevant legislation and implements robust systems to ensure consistent meeting of all compliance standards. Continuous Improvement: They’re committed to exceeding expectations and your expertise will be key in driving continuous improvement initiatives across SHEQ.
- Risk Management: Your ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively is essential to protecting the workforce, the environment and the quality of their service connections.
Has a successful track record of achieving and maintaining external audit compliance (ISO standards, Achilles etc.).
- Ideally possesses in-depth knowledge of service connections regulations (PIA, Poling etc.). Demonstrates strong data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.You'll gain:

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
