HGV TANKER DRIVER

• Monday - Friday Tramping
• Full time permanent
• Based at our Hull depot
• Loading and unloading of Liquid Tanks
• Tanker experience preferred
• Full Tanker training provided
• £13.25ph (first 20-weeks employment) raising to £14.25ph there after
• Overtime paid at £14.52ph
• £26.20 per night out
• £1000 loyalty bonus after 12 months

The role of an Abbey Logistics Class1 Tanker Driver is to safely and efficiently, deliver customer products using bulk powder or liquid tankers throughout the UK.
Duties will include:

• Collection & Delivery of product in tankers to and from customer locations
• Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
• Using your digital hand-held device to record all circle checks and deliveries
• Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines

Experience

• Hold a full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
• Tanker work preferred but not essential as training will be given
• Must hold a valid and up to date DCPC Card
