We are looking for two fully flexible, full time customer engaging Host Retail Sales Assistants who can work between the hours of 7am and midnight any 4-5 days/ week.

What will I do as a Host Retail Sales Assistant:
You will, not only work as a Retail Sales Assistant, but as a host, you will act as the store ambassador, meeting and greeting customers as they walk into our iconic, one-of-a-kind Krispy Kreme Store on Oxford Street, where hot of the line Doughnuts are sold daily! Together with the team, you will create a fun and safe environment, while maintaining Health and Safety standards. You will operate the till, stock, merchandise, recommend, box, and serve doughnuts, while also making both hot and cold beverages as requested by customers… but wait there is more!
As Host you will be responsible for bringing the joy that is Krispy Kreme alive… no one gets past you without a big warm welcome and a smile! You will draw customers into WOW and excite them, treating them to an A-glazing Krispy Kreme experience time and time again.
What we’re looking for in a Host Retail Sales Assistant:
· Customer focused, team players, who are looking to master their craft, while not taking themselves too seriously
· You will have previous experience in a customer facing or hosting position.
· You will be creative, confident, energetic and fun.
· It is likely you will enjoy preforming arts and or have participated in some form of acting, singing or dancing.
· You must be over the age of 18 owing to working time regulations.
· Flexibility to work shifts 30 minutes either side of store opening times, for setting up or closing of duties.
· Excellent availability to work between Monday to Sunday and over bank holidays throughout the year.
· Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
