We are looking for Full Time Hotel Receptionist to join the team in our 3 star hotel based in Bayswater.
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently, providing a courteous and efficient service of the highest standard at all times.
• Handle reservations and manage booking systems.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• To deal with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face to face or over the telephone.
• General cashiering duties, Check in and Out guest and payment posting on opera PMS
• Any additional duties requested by management.

Experience in Opera PMS will be added advantage , but training will be given.
Shift times:
Shift times are as follows:

• 07:00 - 15:00 (early shift)
• 15:00 - 23:00 (late shift)
• 23:00 - 07:00 (night shift)

The ideal candidate will be flexible to work the various shift times when scheduled yo do so. Shifts are 8hrs and may (rarely) increase to 12hrs during very busy periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
