Housekeeper/Personal Assistant
Housekeeping Tasks

• Start 8:30am in Mayfair
• Tidy kitchen
• Put washing machine
• Iron and put away laundry
• Dry cleaner
• Shop for groceries
• Make beds
• Go around the house and collect laundry, dust and tidy
• Cleaner is coming separately weekly but the maintenance dusting, ironing, kitchen and cupboards, bins emptying need to be part of it)

Personal Assistant Tasks (11am - 4pm)

• Email management
• Bank account spreadsheet updates
• Diary management
• Travel management
• Events organisation
• Presents buying
• Filing
• Online research
• Doctor appointments
• Running errands (printing/ returns)
• Reimbursements

The family is comprised of 2 adults and 2 teenage children and a cat. We are all working from home and the household is busy and friendly. One other employee is working during the day for the business side from the same location. We are looking for someone who is willing to become part of the team, be flexible and organised and have a can-do attitude.
