Salary - £12.98ph (£26,998.40)
Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
Weekends as required plus a shared out of hours emergency call out rota system

As part of our continued growth and development, we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Industrial Services team based Brownhills to manage Industrial Cleaning Operatives working on large contracts around the UK

What will you be doing?

• Manage manpower, resources and equipment on site
• Liaise between the client, site, customer, office, suppliers and contractors
• Assist sales staff and Operations Manager in the planning of contracts
• Help manage site costs within given budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of the hired plant
• Control delivery notes and invoice records for all materials and equipment delivered
• Maintain the daily work diary and control day works and variation orders.
• Carry out formal assessments of drivers and provide training if need be

This role also involves confined space entry, working at height and rescue and high-pressure water jetting.
What are we looking for?

• Must have a proven background in supervising large teams in industrial cleaning activities.
• Full UK driving licence
• Hold NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or willing to work towards)
• Have a strong understanding of transport law & drivers hour regulations

Preferable operating skills to include Confined Space, High-Pressure Water Jetting, First Aid at Work, Safety Passport, Mobile Elevated Work Platform, Forklift Truck, Rough Terrain Telescopic, Advanced working at Height & Rescue.
This position includes manual handling and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
