Internal Sales Representative - Part Time
PART TIME & CONTRACT

We are looking for an enthusiastic internal sales executive to grow our customer base and build our online presence.
Carmels Group is a dynamic and forward-thinking precision engineering and fabrication company who are looking to grow their customer base and sales with the creation of a telesales role. This is a part time (20 Hrs / Wk) role and will be based at our headquarters in Ely.
We are looking for a motivated, enthused individual who is polite, has a good telephone manner, keen to learn and happy to talk to existing customers and also cold call potential new customers.
Training will be given to ensure customers are approached in the correct way. This is not a pressure selling role but one of good communication and understanding the customers’ requirements.
A knowledge of subcontract engineering is not vital, however a willingness to talk to people on the phone and being self-motivated and able to work without supervision is essential.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, salary will be based on experience and hours of work are open to negotiation.

- Calling existing customers to gather feedback.
- Cold calling potential new customers with the aim of winning enquiries.
- Posting on social media pictures and stories to engage with potential customers.
- Keeping a database up to date with feedback from customers and potential customers.
