Job Summary
As a Sous Chef at our establishment, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing food production, ensuring high-quality dishes are served, and managing kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food preparation activities
- Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe creation, and food costing
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Overseeing food production processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Training and developing kitchen team members on culinary techniques
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed

Pay: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
