Job Description:
As a Chef at Trio Italian, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, delicious pizzas and pasta dishes that reflect our commitment to authentic Italian cuisine. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Food Preparation: Preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas and pasta dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients.
• Recipe Development: Developing and refining recipes to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Health & Safety: Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Staff Training: Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Chef, with a focus on making fresh pasta and pizza.
• Culinary Skills: Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, particularly pizza and pasta preparation techniques.
• Creativity: Ability to create new and innovative dishes while maintaining traditional flavors.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to quality and presentation.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and assist colleagues as needed.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Work Under Pressure: Capable of maintaining composure and delivering excellent food during busy periods.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff and management.
