Grounds Care Group is an established Grounds Maintenance Company working with multiple multi-sector clients across the UK.
We have a new part time opportunity for a dedicated Litter Picker to join our team in maintaining cleanliness in public areas. The role involves outdoor work and contributing to a cleaner environment.
Work will start early morning for about 1 hour per day, 4 times a week on one of our sites in Stafford.
Responsibilities:

• Collect litter and debris from designated areas
• Empty and dispose of litter bins
• Replace bin bags
• Report any hazardous waste or materials found during litter picking
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the assigned area

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Passion to keep the outdoor areas clean and tidy
• The ability to work early mornings
• Able to carry out physical tasks in a safe manner
• Effective communication skills to report issues or concerns
• Strong customer service orientation when interacting with the public
