Raytheon are seeking a Logistics Controller to join our well-established Operations and Support team located in Malvern, Worcestershire (UK). This is a site-based role.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing and checks of all in-coming goods
  
• Manage all out-going goods, working with internal customers and freight forwarding partners
  
• Close working with Global Trade updating records for import and exports to HMRC requirements
  
• Manage equipment serial number processing
  
• Manage physical inventory checks and customer property
  
• Manage the monitoring and control of calibrated equipment
  
• Supporting returned material processing and quarantine of goods
  
• Liaising with various parts of the business including Supply Chain, Production, Engineering and Programmes
  
• Contribute to team growth through active participation in improvement initiatives
  
• From time to time the successful candidate may be required by the Company to perform other tasks and/or learn new skills which are not included in the above responsibilities, but are within their capabilities and, where necessary, training will be given
  

Essential Criteria:

The successful candidate will be:

• Self-motivated
  
• Highly organised and efficient
  
• Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft 365)
  
• Experience of ERP and MRP systems (SAP)
  

Desirable Criteria:

• Prior experience in a comparable role
  
• Knowledge of import/export of goods and dangerous goods shipping would be advantageous but not essential
