About the Role: We’re seeking experienced Support Workers to help individuals gain confidence, independence, and work towards their goals. You’ll be an active part of their journey—whether it’s engaging in stimulating activities, helping them manage daily tasks, or assisting with health appointments.
What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 12 Months experience working in a similar role, specifically with individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• A positive, “get up and go” attitude
• Someone who’s reliable, trustworthy, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage in conversation and social activities
• Confidence in accessing the community with service users
• A commitment to promoting core care values in everything you do

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Helping individuals develop life skills and build independence
• Encouraging social interaction and participation in the community
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal prep, cleaning, and attending appointments
• Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are up-to-date
• Reporting any safeguarding concerns to management
