At Aspirations, we pride ourselves on providing personalised support that leads to positive outcomes. As a Waking Night Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading by example, ensuring your team provides the highest standards of care in a supportive and person-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality, responsive, and inclusive care that empowers individuals to live as independently as possible.
• Assist individuals in becoming active members of their community, exploring work, education, and leisure opportunities, and maintaining relationships.
• Ensure all care plans and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and truly reflect the needs and choices of the individuals you support.
• Promote independence, encourage positive risk-taking, and safeguard the well-being of service users.
• Foster a collaborative team culture while supporting and training staff in the effective use of IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct and record risk assessments around areas such as finances and personal safety.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar role, specifically with individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• A Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 2 and a commitment to working towards Level 3.
• Strong communication skills, experience in supervising staff, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Competency in managing household finances and using Microsoft Office (Word, Email).
• Flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
