About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Marketing and Innovation Assistant, where you'll play a key role in driving brand growth and innovation. Reporting to the Marketing & Innovation Manager, you'll be involved in everything from creating marketing plans and materials to supporting new product development. This varied role requires creativity, flexibility, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly impact our business strategy by enhancing brand visibility and fostering growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and communication plans.
• Draft engaging content for newsletters, social media, and our website.
• Support brand initiatives and maintain our branding hub.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Research & Development teams to identify opportunities and develop new products.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends.
• Help create business presentations and support innovation projects.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Relevant Level 3 qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and tools.
