Role Summary

The Manager, Enterprise & Financial Partnerships is responsible for managing, activating and evaluating Marriott’s Enterprise & Financial partnership portfolio in Europe as well as developing new partnerships with key organisations across selected European markets.

Expected Contribution
  • Act as Marriott’s day-to-day point of contact for partners as determined by the Director/ Senior Manager, Partnerships, including leading the management of Partnerships in Europe.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of partner objectives, strategies, and organization, as well as a strong working knowledge of all relevant contracts, agreements, and obligations.
  • Lead and support the setup of partner campaigns and offers (e.g. campaign / offer development, brief submissions, internal ticket creation, bonus code and source code requests, T&C’s, artwork creation, landing page creation, marketing asset creation).
  • Audit and monitor all partner and Marriott channels to ensure information is correct and in alignment with contractual commitments and financial regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders to engage with partner opportunities such as leveraging partner media and creating joint marketing programs with assigned partners to address business needs.
  • Track and measure the value to Marriott of each partner, according to specific partnership evaluation scorecard and update internal and partner reports accordingly.
  • Help develop the partner activation plan and manage its day-to-day implementation, including project management of joint initiatives, communications planning, budget management, and regular partner status updates as well as managing agency resources if appropriate.
  • Work with relevant global and regional stakeholders to secure appropriate resources to support partner activities.
  • Lead partner Security Engagement Review process.
  • Respond to and manage partner tech, fraud and invoicing requirements and issues.
  • Support ad hoc partner events as required.
  • Create and distribute partner satisfaction survey.


Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certifications preferred
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications to a high standard (Outlook, Powepoint, Excel)
  • Proven experience in project & stakeholder management
  • Strong attention to detail
