Location: Leeds City Centre, vibrant office space above the train station with excellent facilities.
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 Basic Salary. OTE £43k - £50k with uncapped potential.

The Role:
We are looking for two driven and enthusiastic Marketing Outreach Executives to join our expanding team. Your primary responsibility will be to book high-quality meetings for our Sector Leads across several key market sectors, including:

  • Debt Collection
  • Debt Purchase
  • Utilities
  • Telecoms
  • Catalogue Retailers
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)
  • Motor Finance
  • Consumer Credit
  • Vulnerable Customers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: You will dedicate time each day to gathering new leads through Linked In, Companies House, trade association and membership websites, as well as industry publications (both online and offline). This process will help you gain insights into the various sectors we serve and the products we offer that deliver genuine ROI and solve key challenges.
  • Outbound Lead Follow-Up: Engage with named individuals from content-led marketing campaigns, showcasing the benefits of our services.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate and manage cold outbound calls to target named individuals at target companies, focusing on delivering value and ROI.
  • CRM Management: Utilise Salesforce for CRM updates, ensuring data accuracy, reporting call outcomes, and maintaining lead status.
What We Expect:
  • Call Volume: Make 60-80 calls per day, engaging with 5-10 decision makers and arranging 1-2 meetings.
  • Drive and Determination: We are looking for individuals who are eager to succeed and contribute to our growing success.
· Proven Track Record: You should have a solid background in B2B sales, with a demonstrated history of consistently meeting performance targets. Telesales experience is a strong plus.
Working Day Structure
  • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Lead Sourcing
  • 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Outbound Telephone Marketing
  • 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Administrative Tasks
  • 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Outbound Telephone Marketing
  • 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Admin / Preparation Tasks
