We are a medium sized practice in the Coundon area of Coventry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule and cancel appointments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organised
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
General administration duties to support other areas of the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
Skills:
- Office administration: Proficient in managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, and maintaining records.
- Administrative skills: Able to handle various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
