Role: Medicines Counter Assistant
Location: Evans Pharmacy, East Leake (hours may be available at other local branches if the candidate is able to travel.)
Part time role, with the option of over time.

Friday 9-6

• MCA qualified or willingness to undertake training
• Customer service/retail experience
• Confident and friendly with customers

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

Job description:

• First point of contact for patients and customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Responding to patient queries
• Filing and retrieving prescriptions
• Managing retail stock effectively
• Delivering health advice, products and services appropriate to the level of training received

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 27 per week
