Join our growing team in Evesham, Worcestershire, and get all the training you need to become a confident Support Worker. You will be supporting people in our supported living services, as well as in their own homes. A full UK licence is preferred for this role. • Where you’ll be working: Around Evesham, Morton, Worcester
• Your salary: £11.44 per hour, rising to £11.74 on 1st October 2024.
• Your working hours: A variety of day shifts, starting from 7:30/8am. 7.5 hour shifts minimum. Full time and part time roles available.
• Generous Holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays).
• Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas.
• Training & development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

What you’ll be doing Every day is different. This can vary from supporting someone to plan their weekly shop, to going on an outdoor adventure. Providing everyday personal care to supporting someone to go to their favourite gig. Building someone’s confidence in using public transport to teaching money management skills. What’s important is supporting people to discover new interests, achieve new goals and maintain important relationships with their family and friends. You’ll provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults. Listening to their wants and needs, enabling people to do daily tasks such as taking medication, cooking a meal or working with them to build their confidence and take on new adventures they are longing for. All this while working a variety of shifts to support your work and home life balance.
It would be great if you had a driving licence and access to a car, or are able to get help getting to and from the service.
