THIS POSITION IS WORKING FOR A PRIVATE FAMILY IN THE UAE.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy
- Assess, plan, and implements rehabilitative programs to improve patients' physical function, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to establish realistic goals for therapy, considering their individual abilities, preferences, and aspirations.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based techniques and adaptive equipment to address patients' unique challenges.
- Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, gait training, balance training, and assistive device training, to improve patients' functional abilities and mobility.
- Compassion, empathy, and patience in working with patients and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and community resources for individuals with disabilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advances in disability rehabilitation practices.
