Your role...

In this mission, you are the face to our customers. You will help to manage our growth in our service business by delivering excellent work, strong customer commitment, and engagement. You ensure that the customer’s expectations are met every time. You consult the customers and provide timely service support for technical problems, monitoring, testing and demonstrations either on-site or remotely through high tech tools. This has a positive effect in minimizing downtime, reducing costs, or promoting our product capabilities in the case of a test or demo.

What we expect from you...

• Undertakes all maintenance activities (including installation and commissioning) of Edwards products in line with Edwards global standards, whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Provides front-line support for key field service activities at OEM site and customer sites ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Conducts basic faultfinding and troubleshooting support in order to resolve or escalate issues within the agreed contractual timeframes in order to meet customer expectations

• Conducts all field service activities within the boundaries of all applicable regulations, policies and procedures to ensure organisational, safety, and health obligations are met. Adheres to all relevant aspects of the risk control elements.

• Provides detailed and accurate feedback on activities and compiles clear and concise reports for submission to the line manager and/or technical support to enable informed decisions to be made to resolve product issues

• Undertakes routine stock audits and take responsibility for ordering and booking of spares for site stock.
• Undertakes the setup, operation and maintenance of software products and monitoring platforms
• Uses Edwards processes and operating platforms to accurately capture service-related information as determined by the scope of responsibility for the creation of field service notifications and orders, through to completion
