About The Role

About the Role:
In this role, you will work alongside a dynamic team of clergy, staff, and volunteers to:

• Map and network within the local community.
• Support initial congregational development and pioneer outreach efforts.
• Plan and facilitate outward-focused church groups and events.
• Lead on fundraising, monitoring, and evaluation for a specific programme.
• Handle general administrative tasks for the church as needed.

As the first point of contact for many interacting with the church, you will need to be friendly, approachable, and professional.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrates initiative and a passion for community liaison.
• Possesses excellent IT skills and a proactive “can do” attitude.
• Is a practising Christian, as this is a genuine occupational requirement.
• Will undergo a DBS check.
