Outbound Customer Service Advisor
As an Outbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries, providing follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will reach out to customers to offer support, inform them about new products or services, and gather feedback to improve the overall customer experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach to service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any concerns.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, previous interactions, and service requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Inform customers about new products, services, or promotions, answering any questions they may have.
• Gather and document customer feedback to provide insights for improving products and services.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction scores, and response times.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in an outbound customer service, telemarketing, or call center environment preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
