Outbound Customer Service Specialist
As an Outbound Customer Service Specialist in a face-to-face role, you will engage directly with customers at various locations, reaching out proactively to offer support, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services. You will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through direct interactions, promoting our services, and gathering valuable feedback to help improve our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers in person at designated locations, providing information and answering questions about our products and services.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience during every interaction.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and offer additional support or resources as needed.
  • Promote new products, services, and promotions directly to customers, encouraging engagement and interest.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights during in-person interactions, reporting valuable information to the management team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to ensure accurate communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for service improvement based on customer feedback and interactions.
  • Ensure all interactions adhere to company standards and guidelines, representing the brand professionally.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or any face-to-face role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and travel to various customer locations as required.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to providing excellent customer service.
