Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week/8 hours per day

Position Summary
We are looking for a Packer for the Warehouse Team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be required to work a busy production line feeding materials into a machine, labelling and packing our products. This is a fast-paced role which requires great attention to detail and momentum.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
· 1 year plus Experience - Label, feed and pack materials into the machines and boxes
· Communicate and plan workload whilst working closely with a team of Operators, Technicians and Production Supervisors
· Accurately complete paperwork and document/flag any issues that may arise
· Complete any relevant checks such as metal detection, weight, best before dates etc
· Basic understanding of any equipment used to pack
· Weigh and label packaged goods ready for dispatch
· Understand and follow the manual handling policy
· Support, comply and ensure strict Health, Safety, Hygiene and Food standards procedures are followed, including Supervisor instructions
· Report any equipment faults
· Stack goods appropriately
· Contribute to continuous process improvement
· Daily tidying and cleaning of workspace
Required Essential Skills
· Previous experience in a similar role
· The ability to speak and write fluent English
· Mathematical aptitude

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Great attention to detail
· Quick learner with the ability to follow continuous training
· Reliable, flexible and a positive can do attitude
· Team player but also able to work on their own initiative
