Essential criteria

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, adapting the message for a diverse audience in an inclusive manner.
• At least 3 years’ of working in a HR/People and Organisational Development role, supporting and advising senior managers and employees across a range of people management issues.
• Writing documents including policies and procedures, job descriptions, performance improvement plans, and investigation reports.
• Working knowledge of current UK employment legislation (TUPE transfers is desirable).
• CIPD qualified level 5 or equivalent.
• Educated to A-level or equivalent.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and knowledgeable HR Advisor to fill a 6-month fixed term post which will support the POD team and wider organisation with advice and guidance, both written and verbal.
