JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Controller for Operational Risk Monitoring. This role encompasses second-level controls across all business processes, both front and support functions. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of risk management in coordination with business units and risk management teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and design controls to ensure that operational risks are mitigated effectively.
Collaborate with business units to identify and assess risks.
Propose effective remediation measures and monitor their implementation over time.
Conduct thorough analyses to verify compliance with established controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in internal audit or operational risk management is preferred.
Open to candidates looking to pivot their career towards this field.
Excellent proficiency in English is essential; French is a plus.

REPORTING LINE:
This position reports directly to the Head of Permanent Control.
