Taking responsibility for the service delivery during the allocated shift a pattern is a critical role in the delivery of consistent service. This should be done by focusing on staff performance, managing communication both internal and external and tracking data to confirm you are performing at optimum levels.

We are seeking a talented Planning and Allocations Co-ordinator Specialist to support our operations team.
The Role:
The Planning and Allocations Co-ordinator Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our patient transport service. You will work closely with the Shift Pattern Planner and Allocator to optimise resource allocation, manage schedules, and provide administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Shift Pattern Planner and Allocator: Providing active support to the Shift Pattern Planner and Allocator during your shift.
Accurate Delays: Making accurate delay calls on any new requests, unallocated work and in progress.
Communication: Effectively communicating changes and updates to patients, partners, and Driver Companions.

• Problem Solving: Assisting in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing Driver Companion, Patient, and Partner queries.
• Partner Portal Management: Managing partner portals such as PTS Online to ensure accurate information and timely updates.
• Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential risks to service delivery and escalating issues to your Team Leaders and the Operations Manager for timely resolution.
• Customer Service: Address patient, partner, and Driver Companion queries via telephone, our software, and email.
• Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the Shift Pattern Planner and Allocator, including data entry, incident, report generation and inbound and outbound calls.
• DC Retention: Promoting a positive work environment and implementing fair earning practices to retain Driver Companions.
