Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Completions Assistant at Leadenhall Law Group. The Post Completions Assistant will be responsible for handling all post-completion matters, including but not limited to, submitting AP1s to the Land Registry, dealing with Land Registry Requisitions, updating LMS and Lender Exchange Portals and serving post-completion notices on Landlords/Managing Agents.
Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential property transactions
• Experience in handling post-completion matters
• Familiarity with case management systems preferable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a legal setting is a plus
• Degree or certification in a related field is a plus
