We are seeking a day shift Process Operative on the Days shift within the Quad Departmentbased at our manufacturing site in Beeston, Leeds.
The Process Operative will support the production of springs for our mattresses (Quad assembly) as requested by the department Team Leader.
Hiring Manager: Richard Thomas (Team Leader) & Carl Platts (Production Manager)
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6am to 2pm and Fridays, 6am to 1pm
Hourly Rate: £11.44 p/hr
Key Responsibilities:
· Follow daily production instructions and run the correct required springs.
· Monitor raw materials and machine output
· Monitor quality of products; ensure all quality procedures are adhered to
· Changing cloth and wire.
· Oversee General upkeep of the coilers and Assist engineers with machine issues.
· Working with the Team Leader ensure the work is produced to the correct priority and on time.
