We are seeking Process Operatives to join our Mattress Department within Beeston, Leeds on a permanent basis.
Successful candidates will join our growing team in a production environment, supporting with creating our luxury mattresses in a multiskilled role across the whole department as required.
We are seeking enthusiastic, team players who are looking to work within a business who offer full training, so previous experience is not required.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6am – 4pm
Hourly Rate: £11.44 p/hr
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the finished products are in line with the overall quality criteria.
• All tools & machinery are maintained and used correctly.
• Health & Safety guidelines are always followed.
• Reading production tickets to ensure each unit has the correct border/panels.
• Using handheld terminals to scan the finished product.
• Meeting production targets

• Ability to self-manage your time during the working day.
• Attention to detail and the ability to think clearly and work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and prioritise workload to deliver expectations and tasks.
