The role…
Our finance function is based in Hull and we currently have a vacancy within Finance team. Now is an incredibly exciting time to join and be part of a business that is fast-paced, vibrant and ambitious, with opportunities for everyone to develop and succeed.
Key responsibilities:

• Match up incoming supplier invoices to purchase orders in the procurement tracker.

• Submit invoices with 3 way match (PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice) for processing

• Preparation of payment schedules to deadline.

• Communicate with suppliers to enforce ‘No Pay, No Pay’ policy.

• Query resolution.

• Develop Preferred Supplier list.

• Supplier Statement reconciliations.

• Credit card reconciliation

Role requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• A talent to develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

• Effective organisational and time management skills
