We are looking for a Project Management Officer to:

Collect, monitor, and track actions to closure for our key initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution
Monitor and control relevant OKRs for the team, provide regular updates and reports on OKR progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Organize and facilitate calls and meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
Prepare presentations for senior management
Plan and execute reporting activities for our key initiatives
Stay abreast of market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices in AI, data, and analytics talent development

Your team

As the Group Emerging Technology Talent & Development team, we closely interact with business professionals and AI & data scientist teams across the bank. Our aim is to develop a group-wide framework to attract, develop and retain AI talent, while empowering our employees to embrace and adopt AI. Our team has recently been founded within Group Emerging Technology, and you will have the unique opportunity to further shape and establish our footprint in the organization. Your expertise

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Proven experience in program management (ideally 1-3 years)
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical background (not a must, but at least a genuine interest in AI/data science topics)
Comfortable with working independently; while also being a team player
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point, Share Point, Excel, Teams
