*Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inventory & viewings clerk to join our team.
This role is based in South London so ensure you are based in London before applying.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for property and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Duties*
- Prepare inventory reports & interim property reports using Inventory base.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties effectively to potential buyers or renters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring best interests are represented.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the industry, including mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors.
- Stay updated on local market conditions and trends to provide clients with accurate information.
*Experience*
- Property inventory experience of atleast 1 years preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Proficiency in communication is essential; multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Estate Agency training provided.
