Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented property photographer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll independently visit various properties across London to create top-quality content that sets us apart in the market. You'll represent Real Estate Photography London, so strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Property Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, including interiors and exteriors to showcase the property’s best features effectively.

• Post-Production: Edit and retouch images using industry-standard software Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, to ensure high-quality final outputs that align with Real Estate Photography London’s brand aesthetics.

• Virtual Tours: Create virtual tours and 360-degree images of properties to enhance the online viewing experience for potential clients.

• On-Site Preparation: Stage and arrange properties as needed to capture the best possible images, coordinating with property managers or owners as required.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in property photography with a strong portfolio.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Excellent customer service.

• Flexibility to travel to various property locations as needed.

• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Additional skills/experience which would be ideal but not essential:

• Holding a Domestic Energy Assessor qualification and producing Energy Performance Certificates

• Use of a Matterport 3D camera

• Use of a drone
