CNC Machined Parts Quality Inspector
Position: Night, Permanent
Hours of work: 40 hrs per week
Days of work: Monday - Thursday
Overtime: Available, Regular
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Salary: £39,000 to £46,000 per annum, + Overtime + Performance Bonus

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team who will have an engineering background and preferably have experience in the subcontract motorsport/aerospace industry. The successful applicant will be required to read technical drawings and inspect components to customer design and specifications. You will be able to use various types of inspection equipment which includes CMM’s. Document control and completing reports which are provided on request.

Qualifications & Skills

• Have a sound knowledge of inspection equipment – such as Height Gauges/Verniers/Micrometres
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and knowledge of GD&T
• Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
• Be able to complete inspection reports - FAIR/PPAP and ISIR’s
• Competent in CMM use, (Mitutoyo with MCOSMOS an advantage but not essential)
• Work to tight deadlines while conforming to customer's expectations.
• Completing Final Inspection & First Offs
