We are looking for a part time Receptionist to join the team at Park End Surgery.
Hours: Hours to be agreed between 8.30 and 18.30pm.
Days: TBC preferably, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
Starting date: As soon as possible, but willing to wait for the right candidate.
Successful candidates will need to have experience in working in a busy reception and be a team player, ability to multi-task and preferably EMIS Web and customer service experience.

MAIN DUTIES
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information and assisting patients as required. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
Experience working in a GP practice is preferable to this role, but not essential.
Experience working in Customer Service is necessary to this role
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
