Bosworth Hall Hotel is an impressive and striking hotel in Market Bosworth. As our receptionist, your duties will include:

• Welcoming our guests on arrival
• Checking guests in and out
• Promoting food and beverage facilities.
• Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
• Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
• Answering telephones and helping with guest queries

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera Systems would be advantageous.
