We have an exciting new vacancy for an Operations Manager to join our team at the Savoy Hotel in Blackpool We have an exciting new vacancy! The charming and intimate Savoy hotel in Blackpool, Located on the quieter North Shore. The Savoy is close to many of Blackpool's famous attractions, sitting proudly overlooking the beach.

The role of our Operations Manager includes:
- Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service enhancing the guest’s experience.
- Achieving business objectives and maximise the profitability of all outlets.
- Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
- Managing and working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
- Working seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.
The successful candidate will be a driver as the position may require various site visits, they will be an experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a can do attitude.
