The role of our Operations Manager includes:

• Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service enhancing the guest’s experience.
• Achieving business objectives and maximise the profitability of all outlets.
• Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
• Managing and working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
• Working seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.

The successful candidate will be a driver as the position may require various site visits, they will be an experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a can do attitude.
