Are you a seasoned Recruitment Consultant?
If you're looking to next the next big step in your career, this is the place to be.
The Role: In this role, no two days will be the same. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working closely with customers and candidates to make a perfect recruitment match.

• Generate roles to recruit for by meeting new customers, gaining awareness of their organisation and how we can assist their current and future Recruitment needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with your existing portfolio of customers, to create a consistent job flow.
• Work creatively across multiple platforms to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place them in their ideal roles.
• Become a subject matter expert in your chosen market. Act as a advisor to customers and candidates, cross selling our products and services.

We’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleagues. Monday to Wednesday you’ll find us in our Glasgow office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.
