We are looking for a key player in our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll be leading the strategic direction for our Certain Advantage Brand.

The Role: In this role, you’ll set the direction for Certain Advantage. From our people to our processes, you’ll take end to end ownership of the brand.
As the Director of Certain Advantage, you will:

• Guide and influence our teams of Associate Directors to get the best from their teams ensuring they achieve productivity targets.
• Conduct market research, evaluate opportunities and develop business plans to achieve commercial growth.
• Take ownership of the business development strategy to grow both our permanent and temporary recruitment offering.
• Champion systems and processes to develop data driven insights within business area.
• Work cross functionally with peers in the Senior Leadership Team to drive overall organisation results.

We’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleague’s. Monday to Wednesday you’ll find us in our Sale office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it. This role will be based in our Sale office, but there will be travel required to our regional offices.
The Right Person: We are eager to meet candidates who can demonstrate:

• Experience as a senior people leader within a recruitment business with both a permanent and temporary offering.
• Demonstrable new business wins through bids and tenders from start to finish.
• Possess extensive experience using CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to develop business plans, recommendations and ideas.
• Ability to work cross functionally and at all levels to gain buy in.
