£32,000 £35,000 per annum
Covering the Midlands region, with travel across both North West and North East required
Komplex Care delivers high quality complex care services to both adult and paediatric clients within their own homes. Due to major growth of our business, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. Having experience within a similar role is preferred, however the attitude to help deliver “Outstanding” care to the people we support is even more important.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services. You’ll lead a team of compassionate Healthcare Assistants, whilst ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. Your commitment to excellence and empathy will make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.
Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and clients to ensure holistic care
• Inspire, motivate and build a highly skilled and engaged workforce and show a strong commitment to nurturing and developing staff
• To provide leadership, support and mentorship to frontline staff
• Look to maintain and improve the CQC standards within all packages
• Rota management
• Have the ability to work in a fast pace reactive environment
• Previous experience in managerial position within care
