Regional Sales Manager (F/M)

The Commercial Business Division plays a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs, developing long-term relationships with them, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization, and marketing and selling our integrated solutions. Your Missions :
Reporting to the Sub-Region Commercial Associate Director, you will collaborate closely with our clients to propose the appropriate solutions to meet their needs and support them in their energy transition journey. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Knowledge and Required Level :
You are an experienced sales engineer with approximately ten years of professional experience and an in-depth knowledge of the energy or chemical industry with ideally experience in the field of process technologies and/or industrial catalysts.
You have very a good level in English.

Your Missions :
Reporting to the Sub-Region Commercial Associate Director, you will collaborate closely with our clients to propose the appropriate solutions to meet their needs and support them in their energy transition journey. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and identifying opportunities in the area for all the Axens’ integrated offering especially technology licensing and products sales
- Connecting with the energy transition ecosystem in the market to position Axens' technologies and products (such as sustainable aviation fuel production processes, plastic recycling, carbon capture, etc...)
- Developing long-term connections with clients at every level, ranging from process engineers to C-level executives
- Leading bid/no bid meetings and sales tactics
- Acting as the conductor of offers by managing internal interfaces with involved Axens departments
- Preparing commercial offers
- Negotiating contracts in coordination with the Legal Department
- Closing deals
- Maintaining a sponsor relationship with the client during contractual execution
- Maintaining an accurate forecast and a healthy prospects pipeline in the area with relevant CRM compilation and reporting
Knowledge and Required Level :

- Your analytical and strategic mindset enables you to understand customer needs, engage with the appropriate stakeholders, and effectively sell the value of our offerings
- You possess good negotiation skills
- You are recognized for your ability to collaborate within a team and share information
- This position requires a certain level of availability as it involves frequent travel.
