Position: Registered General Nurse
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking enthusiastic nurses to join our care team. In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality services while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain respectful and friendly relationships with residents.
• Support residents in maintaining their well-being by planning and implementing personalized care plans.
• Lead by example, demonstrating excellent care practices and a positive attitude.
• Manage the care of assigned residents, ensuring their needs are met.
• Supervise and guide allocated Named Carers and Care Assistants.

Requirements:

• Ideally, at least 1 year of post-registration experience.
• Experience in elderly care, with dementia care being a plus.
• Ability to take charge of a shift, ensuring smooth operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in care planning, organizing, and coordinating care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• RN1 (Registered Nurse - Adult)
• RN3 (Registered Nurse - Mental Health)
• RN1/RN3 (Dually Registered)
